New and Returning Bible Studies at Alive In Christ

With the new year comes new opportunities.  Have you been thinking about joining a Bible Study or Small Group?  Not sure, which groups are meeting and which aren't due to COVID.  Below are the groups that will be meeting in January at Alive In Christ.  

Ladies, note that there is a new evening study starting on Thursday, January 14th.  That group will be studying God's word using the S.O.A.P. journaling method (S - Scripture; O-Observation; A-Application, P-Prayer).  

For anyone interested in using the S.O.A.P. journaling technique, check out the Deep Thoughts blog for some great S.O.A.P. examples, and also stay tuned as we are planning to start a Facebook Group dedicated to discussion and S.O.A.P.ing of Pastor Tim's/Alive In Christ's daily Bible reading plan.

Women’s Thursday Evening Bible Study (Grace to Grace)
Who: Women (come & invite a friend)
What: The study will be straight from the Bible using the S.O.A.P. journaling method that Pastor Tim is always encouraging.  Come learn how to S.O.A.P. while digging deeper into the Bible! All you need is your Bible and a journal (if you don’t have either, just come we have Bibles and journals). We will be starting in the book of Luke.

Wednesday Night Children-Youth & Parents
When: Every Wednesday 6:30pm-8pm
Who: Ages 3 years - Adults
What: Each week we will dig into a different topic.  Youth and parents cover the same topic (youth with youth leaders and parents with Pastor Tim).  Both children and youth will have time for fun activities and games.  All will end the evening in the sanctuary singing praise and worship songs.
