National Youth Gathering - July 21st Prayer Guide

Today, youth are likely feeling more confident about how things “work” at the
gathering. They have also started to form some good relationships. A bit of tiredness
tends to set in during late afternoon.

Pray
• For wisdom and discernment for each youth as they pick breakout sessions. That
they would have courage to choose sessions that help them grow as disciples.

• That our youth would grow as disciples. That they would grow in their love of Jesus
centered community.

• That the Holy Spirit would grant us power and energy to stay engaged in topics and
growth.

Theme: Endure AS a people.
Our individual journeys of faith are never walked alone. We are part of a greater
people. We are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. Although the church is
made up of people broken by sin, it is nevertheless a holy gathering where the people
of Christ receive and share in the gifts of Jesus.

Tonight we will also have the opportunity to attend another “Mass Event plus.”
