National Youth Gathering - July 20th Prayer Guide

Today, we start a “rhythm.” We repeat this rhythm on Monday and Tuesday. Youth will
attend three breakout sessions and a large group Bible study.

Pray
• For wisdom and discernment for each youth as they pick breakout sessions. That
they would have courage to choose sessions that help them grow as disciples.

• That our youth would grow as disciples. That they would grow in their love of Jesus
and all he endured for them.

• For our large group Bible Study leaders. (Stephen and Krista)

• That youth would quickly get a feel for the layout of the very large convention center.

Theme: Endure IN Jesus.
We run with endurance by looking to Jesus, who endured the cross for us. On this
night, we will look at what Jesus endured on the cross. We will reflect on the joy that
was set before Him, which encouraged Him in his pain. We will also discover what it
means for us to endure as we look to Jesus in faith.
Tonight we will have the opportunity to attend “Mass Event plus” which is a bigger
name “entertainment act”. Mass Event plus takes us VERY late into the evening -
ending at 11:15PM.
